Call Summary

Section 7 — Skills, Plugins & Chat Power Features

sales:call-summary

Extract action items from call notes or transcripts.

Paste raw call notes — however messy — or a meeting transcript and it returns a clean summary: what was agreed, who owns each action item, what the next step is, and any signals about deal health or risk. Also drafts the follow-up email if you ask for it.

Account: Stonehaven Kitchen Design
Call date: July 14, 2025

Raw notes:
Met w Patricia + Brendan. Patricia LOVED the no-upper-cabinet angle — said
it's exactly what her Scandinavian clients ask for. Brendan more cautious,
asked about service/warranty 3x. We said 2yr parts + labour, 3rd party
service network in AZ still being built — he didn't love that. Patricia
wants to spec it for the Hendersons project (big client, $280k kitchen,
starting in Sept). Brendan said he'd do a trial order of 2 units if we
can guarantee delivery by Aug 15 and give them 12% trade discount.
We said we'd check on Aug 15 — need to confirm with ops. They want a
trade account agreement in writing. Patricia asked if we have any
install photos or client testimonials — we don't yet. Follow up:
send trade account terms, confirm Aug 15 delivery, get back to them
by Wed. Brendan said if the first 2 go well they'd consider making
us a preferred vendor.

What you’ll get: A clean call summary with a deal status update (moved from prospect to active), a ranked action item list with owners and deadlines, a flag on the August 15 delivery commitment as a risk item to verify before responding, and a draft follow-up email to Patricia and Brendan ready to personalise and send.

Useful follow-up prompts

  • “Draft the follow-up email to Patricia and Brendan — warm tone, confirm next steps, don’t over-promise on the service network.”
  • “What’s the risk if we can’t confirm the Aug 15 delivery and how should we handle it in the follow-up?”
  • “Brendan asked about warranty three times — is that a red flag or normal due diligence for a trade buyer?”
